We kindly remind that at least one author of each accepted paper/poster/demo must have one full registration for the conference before the early-bird registration deadline (Sep. 18). https://pg2025.nccu.edu.tw/registration.html


We are writing to provide you with important guidelines for preparing your presentation.

1. Presentation Template:
  We strongly recommend using the official PG2025 presentation template, which is available at:
  https://pg2025.nccu.edu.tw/file/PG25_Slides_template.pptx

2. Presentation Duration:
  Your presentation should be structured as follows:
   * Journal Track: 15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
   * Conference Track: 12-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A

3. Program Schedule:
  We are working on the final schedule, and plan to release before Sep. 14.

  Please review this schedule to confirm your presentation time and session.

4. Preparation:
  * Ensure your slides are clear and visible from a distance.
  * Practice your timing to fit within the given presentation slot.
  * Prepare for potential questions during the Q&A session.

5. Technical Requirements:
  Information about the presentation equipment will be provided at the conference venue. Please arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes early to set up and test your presentation.
